J.3 Online Opportunities for Employers Recruiting on the Internet provides several benefits over traditional recruiting. For example, Web recruiting reaches a much larger audience than posting an advertisement in a local newspaper. Given the breadth of the services provided by most online career services Web sites, the cost of posting online can be considerably less expensive than posting positions through traditional means.
